Thank you so much for your interested in Small Batch Cookies! Our cookies are created in small batches, and we are committed to creating cookies that look and taste great! Small Batch Cookies is locally owned and operated out of Falcon/Peyton, Colorado. I am 15 minutes from the COS airport, 2o minutes from downtown COS, 25 minutes from Monument, and 7 minutes east of Woodmen and Powers.

**Allergens included: wheat, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Cookies are not made in a nut-free kitchen. Even though we take custom orders, we do not offer items that are gluten-free, sugarless, dairy free, egg free or vegan. Our cookies use goods such as flour, butter, eggs, milk, peanuts and/or tree nuts.
Custom orders start at $58 per dozen and will vary based on cookie design. Custom orders require a minimum of 1 dozen. In order to avoid rush fees, please place your order at least two weeks before your event.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. If you have not paid, you are not on my calendar.
All cookies will be heat sealed and most will come in a box. Mini cookies may not come in a box. If you would like ribbon or additional packaging, there will be an additional charge.
After your order is confirmed and payment info is sent, you will have 48 hours to pay for your order. Payment must be paid within 48 hours of receipt to secure your order. NO REFUNDS!
Pickup addresses will be sent to you the day before pickup. Delivery may be arranged for an additional fee. For delivery, someone must be available to accept delivery. Items will not be left unattended.
Shipping costs are not final until shipped. All shipments are shipped via UPS Air. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and must be paid with 24 hours of notification. Shipping costs fluctuate and SBC is not responsible for shipping once the customer has confirmed the cookie order, and accepted the T&C based on a paid invoice.
If you do not pickup your order within 24 hours of agreed upon time or presale specified time, you forfeit your order and you will not receive a refund.

I understand there are NO REFUNDS. Retainers and paid orders are considered final.
If cookies are shipped, all costs must be paid withitn 24 hours of request. Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer, and you acknowledge that you will cover all shipping.
I understand that cookies are a form of art. Cookies may vary across an order with no two cookies looking alike. Further, colors and matching colors are done to the best of my ability. There may be difference between colors on a phone and how they are tranlated into icing. Color is matched as closely as possible.
I understand that when cookies are accepted at pick up or delivery and leave the premises or are left with a person a delivery, there will be no refunds or credits as we have no control over storage, dropped packages, etc.
